Art Consultancy
Japanese Art for Spaces and Projects
Japanese Art, Thoughtfully Connected to Space.
Mujimo is an Osaka-based, artist-led art consultancy connecting Japanese artists, materials, and creative practices with spaces and projects in Japan and overseas.
We work with interior designers, developers, hospitality brands, curators, and creative teams to develop art proposals that reflect the identity, atmosphere, and story of each space.
From artist research and artwork selection to commissioned production and Japan-side coordination, we provide tailored support for each project.
What We Do
Artist & Artwork Selection
Based on Japanese paintings and Japanese art, we propose works that match the atmosphere and concept of the space.
Commissioned Artwork
In addition to framed and panel works, we can also provide wall paintings and installations in collaboration with construction.
Japanese Materials & Custom Production
Production using sustainable materials such as Japanese paper, mineral pigments, and gofun
At Mujimo, we create one-of-a-kind artworks tailored to each space’s concept, designing emotionally resonant environments that enhance the quality and memorability of the experience. By using sustainable materials and embracing traditional Japanese techniques, we offer art that carries both cultural depth and environmental consciousness.
